Founded in 2008 (UEN: T08LL0508C), GoldenTulip LLP emerged from a simple observation: Industrial real estate in Singapore is complex. Between URA zoning (B1 vs B2), JTC regulations, and power requirements, businesses often struggled to find the right fit.

We decided to change that. We built a team not just of sales agents, but of technical experts who understand floor loading, ceiling heights, and electrical amperage as well as they understand contracts.
